Ennesimo torneo estivo per Alberto David, che dopo Grecia e Olanda, si recherà in Belgio per disputare, dal 14 al 18 agosto, il Brugse Meesters 2016. Il Grande Maestro italiano partirà da numero uno del tabellone davanti al GM russo Vladimir Epishin, vincitore dell’edizione 2015, e ai MI Awonder Liang e Geirnaert. Nove i turni di gioco (con quattro doppi turni!) con cadenza 90’+30″. Prevista la diretta delle prime dieci scacchiere.
